The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg was established in 1990 as a not-for-profit organisation and has since become a reference point for most of the Italian enterprises wishing to operate in Luxembourg, as well as for all the local and regional authorities aiming to promote their products and services in the geographical and institutional heart of Europe.

The CCIL is a member of the network of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, which makes it an active participant in all the initiatives undertaken to promote Italy in the world. It performs a variety of services for its members, aimed at guiding their penetration in the Luxembourgish market, as well as that of Luxembourgish companies in the Italian market. The main services provided are: business and start-ups support, provision of juridical information, organisation of conferences and meetings with trade partners, translation and interpretation, and market research.

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg also hosts and participates in a series of promotional events and is active in the training sector with a variety of courses. Moreover, since 2016, it has been active in the sector of the European projects.
