Second Part of the Pop-Up Museum in Bulgaria – International Plovdiv Fair
February 18 - February 19
The second part of the Pop Up Museum in Bulgaria took place on February 18-19 during the International Plovdiv Fair, alongside the VINARIA 2025 and FOODTECH 2025 exhibitions. On February 19, three chefs from Valere restaurant impressed visitors with a three-course menu paired with gelato garnishes. The “Gelato on the Road” stand drew over 830 participants throughout the day, despite cold weather. Chef Veselin Boykinov’s rosehip flour gelato innovation earned a diploma for innovative development.
That evening, a second cooking show for exhibitors also delighted attendees. On the second day, the “Sustainable Scoops” competition crowned GELATO MIO from Pomorie the winner with their lavender, honey, and beeswax gelato.
CCI Vratsa received an award for its outstanding presentation of the “Gelato on the Road” project at FOODTECH 2025.
