Pyrgos Food Fest: A Sweet Success with Agrifoodwest

The Pyrgos Food Fest, organized by the Municipality of Pyrgos, was a two-day event held on August 24, 2023, at the Katakolo Port. This inaugural festival, set in the charming seaside town of Katakolo, a major cruise ship destination and gateway to Ancient Olympia, celebrated the rich culinary heritage of the region.

Agrifoodwest partnered with the festival to promote the “Gelato on the Road” project. Our initiative brought the joy of artisanal gelato to festival-goers, adding a sweet touch to the vibrant atmosphere of the event. Collaborating with the local newspaper PATRIS, Agrifoodwest ensured that our presence was well-publicized and enjoyed by all attendees.
