The enchanting landscapes of the Belluno Dolomites are not just a UNESCO heritage site; they also serve as the backdrop for an exciting initiative that celebrates the artistry of gelato makers. The upcoming conference on the project GELATOn the ROAD scheduled for November 28 at 2.00 p.m., will shed light on how the European Union is actively supporting and promoting artisanal gelato, placing gelato makers at the forefront of the creation of the European Gelato Road.
The conference will take place within the premises of MIG 2023  (November 26-28), the world’s oldest gelato fair.

The event, presided over by President Michele Dal Farra of GELATO on the ROAD, promises a captivating agenda that explores the intersection of culture, tradition, and entrepreneurship in the world of gelato.
