Entrepreneurship, innovation, future. The world of artisanal gelato gathers at Longarone Fiere Dolomiti.
Artisanal gelato as a business is the focal point around which MIG 2023, the 63rd edition, will revolve. The International Gelato Exhibition, from November 26 to 29, will bring the main companies of the supply chain to the exhibition spaces of Longarone Fiere Dolomiti. For four days, it will be the agora where industry professionals can engage and prepare for the upcoming season. In fact, it will be ‘the home of gelato makers, the elegant living room of artisanal gelato,’ said the mayor of Longarone, Roberto Padrin, presenting the MIG edition today at the headquarters of the Province of Treviso. ‘The strength of MIG, for over 60 years, is the family atmosphere, made up of great human relationships. And it is precisely in this atmosphere that we will present the major events of 2024, with the support of the Veneto Region. Because gelato is territory, and therefore it is also sports, tourism, Olympics…’
And, of course, an integral part of the event will be the participation of our project GELATOn the ROAD, that will have a dedicated stand, showcasing the journey of gelato throughout Europe. It’s an exciting opportunity to engage and connect with gelato makers of the territory, sharing the passion for this delightful frozen treat.
